Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices are VAT inclusive - your invoice will give a break down of the VAT.

What Communications Can I expect From You?

When your order is received, you will get an automated email confirmation. When your goods have been dispatched you will receive another email. If you do not get these emails, please check your spam folder and add us to your safe list.

How quickly will you send my order?

We usually dispatch 'in stock' goods within 2 working days, often same day. If there is a delay for whatever reason, we will inform you by email. We will email you when the goods are dispatched.

How much is postage?

Postage varies depending on weight, type of service and destination. At the checkout, you will be able to enter your postcode and choose from the available delivery options. Postage is free on most orders above £70 to the UK. Certain services such as restringing always incur a postage cost.

How do you send the goods?

We use a number of different delivery companies. When you are at the checkout, you will see a list of the available options for your particular mix of goods. For deliveries outside the UK, we use standard air mail which is typically a 3-5 day service. Additional options for tracking are available; these will be shown in the checkout process.

What if it's out of stock?

We keep most of the 'consumable' products listed in stock (grips, strings, accessories for example), but if we are out of stock we can obtain the vast majority on a next day delivery basis. Many of the larger items (such as rackets) have a live stock status so you can see if we have a particular item in stock. Most manufacturers deliver within a few days for out of stock items. We will keep you informed by email of any delays.

How can I pay?

We can accept payment by most credit (visa, mastercard) and debit cards - we cannot accept payment by American Express. We are also happy to accept payment by cheque (made payable to "Top Spin Tennis") - please send your cheque for the full amount (including P&P) to the address below and we will dispatch your goods on receipt.

When do you charge my credit card?

We will not charge your credit card account until we dispatch your goods. We will include a credit card confirmation slip with your goods.

Do you send orders overseas?

Yes, but currently only to European countries.

Are your prices the same for European orders?

Yes, all prices on our web site are the same for European orders. Due to a change in the EU VAT laws on 1st January 2010, we have to charge UK VAT on goods we sell and supply to other European countries. However, you do not have to pay VAT in your country as well. If you are outside the EEC, we can subtract the VAT from your order, but you will have to pay any import taxes in your own country.

Can I get a refund?

If you decide you don't want the goods, please return the order in the original packaging and unused for a refund within 14 days and include a copy of the original invoice. If we have sent the items to you free of charge, we will deduct the actual cost of postage that we have incurred from your refund.

Unused means:

  • for rackets, the plastic shrink wrap must be on the handle and the strings must not have been used
  • for shoes, the original tags must be on and they must not have been worn and are still in their original box
  • for clothes, the original tag should be on and they should be returned in their packaging unworn.

We cannot accept some part orders back (for example if you order 6 sets of string, you cannot return just 2 sets). We cannot accept rackets that have been custom strung to your specifications.

Please let us know why you do not want the goods to see if we can improve our service to you. You are responsible for the return postage.
