etc etc Out of Stock Items We try and keep everything in stock, but our stock is constantly changing. If you want an item which we currently do not have, we should be able to get it within a few days direct from the manufacturers. We will keep you fully informed of the progress of any order either by email or by telephone - your choice! Postage Our postage rates are as follows:
We use standard Royal Mail 'signed for' first class post or standard parcel post depending on the size and weight of the goods. If you would like guaranteed 24 hour delivery, £5.50 will be added to your order irrespective of order value for 'Special Delivery'. Demo rackets are sent by standard parcel with a post and packing fee of £5 for the first 2 rackets, an additional £1.50 is added for each additional racket. Restrings by mail order have a post and packing fee of £5. Payment We are happy to accept payment by cheque (made payable to "Top Spin Tennis") or by most major credit or debit card - give us a ring with your card details. Refunds We will happily return any faulty goods to the manufacturer for their attention (in our experience, they will replace any genuine faulty goods). Any goods supplied but no longer wanted can be returned within seven days at your expense as long as they are in perfect condition for re-sale (For rackets, this means the plastic must still be on the handle, it has not been played with and the header card is still attached. For clothes, the label must still be attached and the item must not have been worn. For shoes, the tags must still be attached, must not have been worn and returned in the original box). We will credit your account minus any postage charge on safe return of goods. Please note that because of the nature of racket sports, strings cannot be guaranteed, but please let us know if you have a problem - we will do our best to sort it out for you. Please note that any items specially ordered, cannot be returned. Any rackets that have been custom strung cannot be returned. |
