We don't have an e-commerce site (but do take credit cards) as we prefer to talk to our customers and offer a good service into the bargain! Out of Stock Items

We try and keep everything in stock, but our stock is constantly changing. If you want an item which we currently do not have, we should be able to get it within 24-48 hours direct from the manufacturers. We will keep you fully informed of the progress of any order either by email or by telephone - your choice!

Postage

Our postage rates are as follows:

• Orders over £ 70 are post free unless clearly stated on the item description.
• For orders under (and including) £ 70, a flat postage and packing fee of £5 will be added to your order for heavy items (rackets, bags, shoes etc).
• Smaller, lighter items such as grips, dampners etc have a postage and packing fee of £2.50.

We use standard Royal Mail 'signed for' first class post or standard parcel post depending on the size and weight of the goods. If you would like guaranteed 24 hour delivery, £5.50 will be added to your order irrespective of order value for 'Special Delivery'.

Demo rackets are sent with a post and packing fee of £5 for the first 2 rackets, an additional £1.50 is added for each additional racket.

Restrings by mail order have a post and packing fee of £5.

Payment

We are happy to accept payment by cheque (made payable to "Top Spin Tennis") or by most major credit or debit card - give us a ring with your card details.

Refunds

We will happily return any faulty goods to the manufacturer for their attention (in our experience, they will replace any genuine faulty goods). Any goods supplied but no longer wanted can be returned within seven days at your expense as long as they are in perfect condition for re-sale. We will credit your account minus any postage charge on safe return of goods. Please note that because of the nature of racket sports, strings cannot be guaranteed, but please let us know if you have a problem - we will do our best to sort it out for you.
